All sales are final and all payments are non-refundable, except as described below. Due to our full schedules and the labor-intensive nature of our work, we have a strict refund policy on all scheduled and attended phone calls, labor worked, and products provided. However, we do offer edits of work.

HOW DOES COACHING SESSION WORK

Coaching sessions. A career coach will spend up to 1 hour or a ½ hour working one-on-one over the telephone with you! Let a trained specialist help you determine what has truly been holding you back and teach what you personally need to do to make your career shoot ahead in leaps & bounds!

HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT OR PURCHASE

All appointments are book one line by call or zoom to allow us to service all clients in all 50 states. All purchase can be booked on our site virtually for all 50 states access.

WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND ON SERVICES

Resume services typically take about 48 to 72 hours. Coaching Session take about 1 hour or 30 mins or less depending on the discovery call. LinkedIn Profile Makeovers typically takes 10-14 days to fully complete.
